Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

This privacy notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors, prospective customers and customers who share their personal data through the www.suitpos.com website and our communication channels.

• Customer transaction data: business name and type, product of interest, content of demo / support requests, source and description of the issue
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, site usage logs
• Marketing data: site usage and ad interaction data collected through cookies (for details, see the Cookie Policy)

• Receiving and responding to your demo, quote and information requests
• Receiving and handling your technical support requests
• Carrying out pre-sales and after-sales communication
• Providing and improving our products and services
• Ensuring website security and measuring its performance
• Carrying out marketing and advertising activities if you give explicit consent
• Meeting legal obligations and providing information to authorized bodies

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the demo request, contact and support forms on our website, by phone, by email and through cookies.

This data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
• Being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç)
• Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)
• Your explicit consent for marketing and advertising processing and for non-essential cookies (Art. 5/1)

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting, email, analytics and advertising service providers, business partners and legally authorized public institutions.

Because the servers of some analytics and advertising services used on our website (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads) are located abroad, data processed through these services may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK .

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

7. How to Apply

You can send requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to the address above in writing or from the email address registered in our system to [email protected] .

Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
